How long does shipping take?

The speed of receiving your order can depend on a few things such as your shipping method choice and the location your order is being shipped to. We offer several different methods of shipping. Each shipping method has its own handling time, benefits etc.  

** Some items are backordered due to popular demand. Please see each listing for specific shipping times. If multiple items are ordered and part of the order is backordered we will usually wait until the order is complete to ship everything out together**

The size doesn’t fit, can I exchange it for a different size?

Yes! We will gladly send out exchanges free of charge for our customers for items that are unused (i.e.-unworn with all tags still attached) and in the same condition you received it in. For any exchanges in size or color please email us at info@altitudeboutique.com and we will be happy to help!

Do you accept returns?

Yes! You have 7 days starting from the time your tracking number says you received your order. (Please see our Holiday Return Policy as it overrides our standard return policy)

We hope you love your new clothes, but in the event that they don't work out, our process is simple!  Please email our customer service team (info@altitudeboutique.com) within 7 days of receiving your original item to arrange an for an exchange/return. All returns must have an tracking number.  

Customers are responsible for shipping returns/exchanges back to us. All items must be returned in the same condition which you have received it. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email with your credit details. We hold the right to refuse any return, therefore please double check to make sure there are no stains, clothing has not been washed and all tags are not removed. Any item that is returned with a foul odor, washed, makeup stains, etc will not be accepted.  Please be aware that homes where someone smokes, uses essential oils, or heavy spices may affect the smell of clothing and is not suitable for us to resale.

If accepted, as soon as we receive it we will process the return, less shipping costs, which you should receive 5-7 business days after we process the transaction.
