How long does shipping take?

The speed of receiving your order can depend on a few things such as your shipping method choice and the location your order is being shipped to. We offer several different methods of shipping. Each shipping method has its own handling time, benefits etc.  


** Some items are backordered due to popular demand. Please see each listing for specific shipping times. If multiple items are ordered and part of the order is backordered we will usually wait until the order is complete to ship everything out together**

The size doesn’t fit, can I exchange it for a different size?

Yes! We will gladly send out exchanges free of charge for our customers for items that are unused (i.e.-unworn with all tags still attached) and in the same condition you received it in. For any exchanges in size or color please email us at hello@altitudeboutique.com and we will be happy to help!

Do you accept returns?

Yes! You have 30 days starting from the time your tracking number says you received your order. 
We hope you love your items, but in the event that they don't work out, our process is simple!  Please email our customer service team (hello@altitudeboutique.com) within 30 days of receiving your original item to arrange for an exchange/return.

We offer a full refund (shipping charges not included) on online items within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original packaging, not worn and in perfect condition.  If your received items are incorrect, or arrived damaged in any way, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.

  • Note If you received free shipping and return more than half of the order, shipping charges will be deducted from the amount being refunded.

If accepted, as soon as we receive it we will process the return, less shipping costs, which you should receive 5-7 business days after we process the transaction.
