Return Policy

Here at Altitude Boutique, each jewelry piece is crafted with precision and care, embodying our commitment to perfection. However, on the rare occasion something isn't right, we stand by our creations. We offer a 90-day warranty that covers any unexpected issues like tarnishing or defects in chains and clasps. If, for any reason, you choose to part with your piece, simply reach out to us at hello@altitudeboutique.com. We're here to ensure a smooth return process. Your satisfaction and trust remain our top priorities.

Do you accept returns?

Yes! You have 7 days starting from the time your tracking number says you received your order. (Please see our Holiday Return Policy as it overrides our standard return policy)
We hope you love your items, but in the event that they don't work out, our process is simple!  Please email our customer service team (hello@altitudeboutique.com) within 7 days of receiving your original item to arrange for an exchange/return.

All returns must have a tracking number.  

Customers are responsible for shipping returns/exchanges back to us. All items must be returned in the same condition which you have received it. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email with your credit details. Any item that is returned with damaged or not in original packaging, etc will not be accepted.  

  • Note If you received free shipping and return more than half of the order, shipping charges will be deducted from the amount being refunded.
If accepted, as soon as we receive it we will process the return, less shipping costs, which you should receive 5-7 business days after we process the transaction.
