These are super beautiful, small pearls, and because they are natural there is some variation in both size and surface quality. I think the chain is beautifully balanced with the size of the pearls, and on me, it creates a beautiful, dainty, almost choker-like necklace. The clasp is high quality, and the whole necklace feels very secure. I think it could pair really well with formal wear, or more daily wear, and I definitely think this could be a winning Christmas present for all ages, but it would have been a perennial favorite piece of jewelry when I was in middle or high school. The packaging for this piece is absolutely gorgeous, definitely one of the best I've seen in all the jewelry I have bought online, and it would be a great stocking stuffer.

This beautiful dainty gold chain with floating pearls is a very good value at the listed price. The chain sparkles in the light due to the flat facets on the links, and is very pretty. The 3mm natural pearls have very nice luster.The gift box gives a nice impression with pearlized textured paper covering and gold brand lettering. I note that the necklace sits horizontally in the box, rather than vertically.I do note that when I opened the box, the dainty chain had gotten very tangled, almost in knots, and it was a challenge to untangle the chain. I would recommend that before gifting the necklace, that you open the box and check it, because you might need to untangle the chain.Overall I am very pleased with this dainty gold chain with the little pearls.
